Privacy Policy

At Creative Spark Services Ltd we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and subscribers to our email marketing. We’re very careful with all of the personal information we hold on file and would hate for you to think that we would be interested in passing your details onto other companies without your permission. Our Privacy Policy tells you what you need to know about how we treat data that we collect from our customers, visitors to our website, and subscribers to our email marketing.

Visitors to our Website

When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Contact Forms

If you use one of the contact forms to get in touch with us we will only use that data to reply to your query or comment. You will not be added to our email marketing database and your personal data is not stored on our system. When you complete one of our contact forms we use a plugin called ‘Flamingo’ which creates a backup of the message and also captures the IP address of the sender, this is to ensure that we always recieve your messages and we don’t need to worry about losing important messages due to mail server issues or misconfiguration in mail setup.

Customer Data

When you make a booking with us we will need to take some personal data, including your name, address, telephone number and email. This information is collected purely for the purpose of contacting you about your booking and will not be added to our email marketing database. Your personal data is kept private and stored securely until a time when it is no longer required or has no use.
